The LVOBO BO-CSZ300/200 is a matched ultrasonic assistance package for laboratories and small-scale teams that already operate fine-powder screening equipment. It is intended for projects where cohesive particles, soft agglomeration or aperture buildup can interrupt ordinary screening. The package combines a controllable generator with the components needed to transfer ultrasonic energy to a selected sieve frame, while a touchscreen supports material-specific operating trials. Rather than treating every powder the same, the configuration is reviewed against the customer’s existing machine and process. Before production, LVBO checks the material, target aperture, frame interface and destination power supply. This matching step helps reduce incorrect component selection. Final screening performance should be verified with the actual powder, loading conditions and operating method.
