Probe Sonicator Series for Cell Disruption and Homogenization
The LVOBO BO-UCH-F Probe Sonicator Series provides split-type ultrasonic homogenizers for laboratory liquid sample preparation, including cell disruption, homogenization, dispersion, emulsification and extraction. Across eight models, ultrasonic power ranges from 150 to 1500 W, with model-specific processing ranges spanning 5–150 mL to 5–2000 mL when matched with a suitable probe configuration. Each system combines a separate touchscreen control unit with an integrated acoustic enclosure and motorized sample lift. Continuous and pulse sonication, adjustable output and program / recipe memory support configurable workflows. Multiple titanium alloy probe sizes allow configuration around sample volume, vessel geometry and the intended application.

Processing ranges depend on the selected model and a suitable probe configuration. Individual model pages provide detailed specifications and probe configurations.
Adjust ultrasonic output from 0–100% to suit the sample and processing task.
Choose continuous operation or alternating output and pause periods for different laboratory workflows.
Configure sonication parameters and recipe settings from the separate touchscreen control unit.
Electrically raise or lower the sample platform to position vessels beneath the probe.
Monitor sample temperature and receive an automatic alarm when the configured temperature limit is reached.
Save and recall operating parameters to simplify repeated sample preparation and setup.
Overload protection is also provided across the series.
The BO-UCH-F series supports laboratory ultrasonic processing across biological, chemical, material, formulation and analytical sample-preparation workflows. The examples below illustrate common uses; suitable settings depend on the sample, vessel and probe configuration.
The generator supplies electrical energy to an ultrasonic transducer, which converts it into high-frequency mechanical vibration. The titanium alloy probe transfers this vibration into the liquid, producing acoustic cavitation. Repeated bubble formation and collapse generate localized shear forces and microjets that support cell disruption, homogenization, dispersion and emulsification.

Configure ultrasonic power, total working time, output time, interval time, temperature alarm settings and recipe parameters from one interface.
Operate continuously or configure alternating ultrasonic output and pause periods for different laboratory workflows. Output Time and Interval Time are each adjustable from 0.1 s–999 min; Total Working Time is adjustable from 0–999 min.

Electrically raise or lower the sample platform for easier vessel positioning.
Adjust vessel height to help control probe immersion depth.
Provides an enclosed sonication workspace and helps reduce direct exposure to operating noise.
Allows the sample area to remain visible during setup and operation.

The BO-UCH-F series supports multiple titanium alloy probe diameters for different sample volumes, vessel geometries and processing requirements.
