Working Principle

The generator supplies electrical energy to an ultrasonic transducer, which converts it into high-frequency mechanical vibration. The titanium alloy probe transfers this vibration into the liquid, producing acoustic cavitation. Repeated bubble formation and collapse generate localized shear forces and microjets that support cell disruption, homogenization, dispersion and emulsification.
