The LVOBO BO-VX26S is a portable electrostatic powder coating gun developed for distributors and users handling samples, small batches, laboratory work, repairs and on-site coating jobs. Its integrated air supply removes the need for an external air compressor, while two replaceable batteries help operators keep work moving between charges. Stable, adjustable powder delivery supports cleaner material control, and the lightweight gun body is easier to carry between work areas. Two powder cups are supplied for different job sizes. Designed for properly grounded conductive metal parts, the BO-VX26S combines portable operation with direct voltage and airflow control. It applies powder only; coated parts must be cured separately in a suitable oven. Low sample and bulk order thresholds make it practical for market testing, dealer stocking and project-based purchasing.

Operators can change batteries between tasks and select the powder cup that better matches the amount of coating required, making the unit useful for distributors serving workshops, laboratories and mobile maintenance teams.
The rear display keeps the operating settings in view. The operator can adjust electrostatic voltage and the relative airflow setting from the gun, then regulate powder output through the air delivery. This supports more consistent feeding and helps avoid using more powder than the task requires.
Connect the grounding clip to the conductive metal workpiece or a reliable grounding point before spraying. The built-in air supply carries powder through the gun while the electrostatic field helps charged powder move toward the grounded part. After coverage is complete, transfer the workpiece to a separate curing oven; the gun does not provide heating or curing.

Each set includes the powder coating gun, two replaceable batteries, one charger, 250 g and 500 g powder cups, and a grounding lead with clip. No cleaning brush, tool kit or storage case is included. One unit can be ordered for sampling; bulk orders start from five units. Under normal conditions, orders of up to 50 units can generally be delivered in about 10 days. Larger orders are scheduled according to quantity.
Is the BO-VX26S intended for continuous production lines?
No. It is positioned for samples, small batches, laboratory tests, repairs and mobile work rather than continuous conveyor production.
Can it be used directly on wood or plastic?
Its standard application is a properly grounded conductive metal part. Non-conductive substrates require special preparation and process validation and are not presented as a standard use.
What is the warranty coverage?
The complete unit carries a 12-month warranty. Wear components, including the spray-gun motor base and similar consumable parts, are excluded.
